Self-introduction:
As an ESL teacher, I worked with beginner and elementary-level students, focusing on creating a positive and supportive learning environment. I learned how to simplify complex concepts, adapt teaching strategies based on student responses, and maintain student attention in short, focused sessions. As a result, my students showed noticeable improvement in participation, comprehension, and willingness to communicate in English.
In higher education, I handled Physical Education (PATHFIT) classes, where I gained experience in activity-based teaching, student assessment, and performance evaluation. I worked on wellness programs, dance and fitness activities, and group performances, which helped students improve their physical fitness, teamwork, and discipline. I also contributed to the development of activity designs and extension programs for community participants, strengthening my skills in program planning and implementation
